Why do you stay in shape? I like the challenge that comes with trying new training programs or training for different events or races. I see people that can't get out and do the small things in life, like run or play with their kids so staying in shape and being able to do things with my son or the teams I coach is a big motivator for me. Staying fit also keeps me positive and moving in the direction I want to go.

Why health and wellness field? I love working with people that are motivated to become the best version of themselves that they can be. I also get to wear sweatpants and shorts to work!
