|A||These are fair questions that can only be answered by coming in to meet us and scheduling a free trial. It's hard to hide bad service, poor staff or a lack of knowledge face-to-face.|

|A||We pride ourselves on a high level of intensity, so safety is a must. Each class has a different level of intensity but is conducted in a safe fun atmosphere. Be ready to move, look and feel better. From wrapping your hands in PUNCH to sprinting uphill in LIFT each visit will progressively challenge you no matter what fitness level.|
